Experience the thrill of diving to greater depths. Learn about safely planning no-decompression deep dives to a depth of up to 40 meters. This course involves two days out on the boat or a resort, making a total of 4 dives.

The Deep Diver Course is designed to introduce the students to the planning, safety aspects and benefits at diving to the deepest depths recommended to recreational divers. Learn about Nitrogen Narcosis, making emergency decompression stops and how to set up a drop tank. Consider new hazards that may exist at deeper depths, such as reduced visibility and colder water temperatures.
If you’re aged 15+ and have already completed the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course, in general good health and fitness, and are not suffering frOm a cold and ear infection, you should be eligible to become a certified PADI Deep Specialty Diver.NOTE: Many shipwrecks are often found in deeper water. That’s why the PADI Deep Diver Course is a natural companion of the PADI Wreck Diver Course. Sometimes you can take these two specialties concurrently.

Recommendation:
When planning activities, allow 18 hours after SCUBA diving before flying at 1000+ feet of altitude.
